1. Introduction

Welcome to aaajl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaajl ("aaajl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aaajl online gaming platform, website, and all related services available at https://aaajl.app (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on aaajl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

aaajl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on aaajl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of aaajl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or have been previously banned from aaajl for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

aaajl employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the aaajl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in the Philippines

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aaajl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to aaajl's satisfaction.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. aaajl shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaajl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Notify aaajl immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account

aaajl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from aaajl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

aaajl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

aaajl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved Philippine payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your aaajl account instantly for e-wallet transactions and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of your financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your aaajl account details.

aaajl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. aaajl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the aaajl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

aaajl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• aaajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the associated account may be suspended.
• Free spins and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aaajl Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verified by independent testing laboratories.

By participating in any game on aaajl, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG technology and is entirely random
• Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results
• aaajl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server records, the server records shall prevail

aaajl reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any attempt to exploit a game vulnerability. Players who discover a game error or vulnerability are obligated to report it to aaajl support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaajl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aaajl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if aaajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aaajl's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your aaajl account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaajl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the aaajl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
